Beth Phillip

Beth Phillip B.Sc., Dip. Ed. S.B.A.

 

Following an Honours Degree in Botany and a Diploma in Education Beth pursued a teaching career in the biological sciences.


She participated in several juried exhibitions of the American Society of Botanical Artists and had solo exhibitions in the Kansas Botanical Gardens. She is a member of the National League of American Penwomen.


Beth has been awarded a Diploma in Botanical Painting with Distinction from the English Gardening School, an RHS Gold Medal for her paintings of ‘Savage Sarraceniaceae’, four SBA Certificates of Botanical Merit and their Great Art Award.


She exhibited at the Hunt Institute for Botanical Documentation at their 14th International Exhibition.


Beth is a Fellow of the Society of Botanical Artists and a member of the Hampton Court Palace Florilegium Society.
