I began Botanical Illustration at school, but life got in the way, work, marriage, and two wonderful boys, until I retired.

In 2002 I joined a Botanical Illustration group in Dorset where I was living.

I moved to Gloucester Docks in 2010 after being widowed, to be closer to my family.

I still love illustrating, and have a small studio in my apartment. I take on commissions, do prints and cards etc.

It is so wonderful to settle down with a beautiful flowering plant, and try to capture it’s essence.
